Where are Remedy Well's services available?
In almost every state (not currently available in: Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, Mississippi, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Hampshire, or North Carolina).
Does Remedy Well offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription cycles, but we can stop a new payment cycle from beginning once you have a pending cancellation on file. We may in some instances provide refunds, however we reserve the right to approve or reject refunds at the sole discretion of Remedy Well. Please note that if you request for your account to be paused, payment will stop for the time requested, and will resume when the pause period has expired.
Will real doctors prescribe my treatments?
When you choose Remedy Well, real U.S. licensed medical doctors and board-certified nurse practitioners will assist you with prescribing the best option for you and monitoring your journey to a healthy weight.
Do you take insurance?
Although we can facilitate you in speaking with your insurance company to cover prescriptions, Remedy Well does not currently accept insurance for its Body Care program. We also do not participate with Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare government benefit programs.
