At Remedy Well, we want you to feel confident in your care and understand our policies before placing an order. Because prescription medications are prepared and dispensed specifically for the individual patient, prescription medications generally cannot be returned or resold once they have been dispensed. Read below for more details:
Prescription Medications
All prescription medications are dispensed pursuant to a prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider and fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy. Prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy. We cannot accept returned prescription medications, even if they are unopened, due to applicable pharmacy and medication-safety requirements. For this reason, please carefully review your order information, including your shipping address and selected treatment, before completing your purchase.
Orders That Have Not Yet Been Dispensed
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Remedy Well as soon as possible through our Support Team on the platform. If the prescription has not yet been approved, prepared, or dispensed by the pharmacy, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue any applicable refund. Once an order has entered pharmacy processing or has been dispensed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Shipments
If your medication arrives sufficiently hot damaged (if cold-chain shipped), compromised, incorrect, or otherwise appears unsafe to use, do not use the medication. You must contact Remedy Well within 3 days of receipt of your order and provide photographs of the packaging and medication, along with a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or other resolution.
Medication should not be returned directly to Remedy Well unless you are specifically instructed to do so.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact Remedy Well so that we can investigate the shipment with the dispensing pharmacy and/or shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside of Remedy Well's control, including carrier delays, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other delivery disruptions. If a package is confirmed lost or otherwise requires replacement, the appropriate resolution will be determined in coordination with the dispensing pharmacy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Patients are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Please contact Remedy Well immediately if you realize that your shipping information needs to be corrected.
Non-Prescription Products
For eligible non-prescription products purchased through Remedy Well, returns may be accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return eligibility may vary by product. Contact Remedy Well before sending any non-prescription item back so that we can confirm whether it qualifies for a return. Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider. Refunds are not automatically available simply because a patient changes their mind, experiences a change in treatment preference, or decides not to continue treatment after a prescription has been dispensed.
Treatment Decisions and Clinical Care
Payment for an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A licensed healthcare provider independently determines whether a medication or treatment is appropriate based on the patient's medical history, information provided during the consultation, and applicable clinical requirements. If a provider determines that a requested treatment is not medically appropriate and the prescription has not been dispensed, any applicable refund will be handled according to the status of the order.
Questions or Assistance
If you have a question about an order, shipment, medication, cancellation, or refund, please contact Remedy Well's support team on the platform as soon as possible. Our team will review the circumstances and coordinate with the appropriate healthcare provider, pharmacy, or shipping carrier as necessary
Thanks for trusting us with your care!
